Mark is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner, a U.S. Navy veteran, and a long time resident of Loudoun County. Mark is the founder of Loudoun Psychiatry Group. Mark also holds a Masters degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
Mark specializes in medication management, sexual health, individual, family, and couples therapy, PTSD, OCD, and ADHD, as well as individuals struggling with anxiety, depression, anger management, and communication within relationships.

Ashly McLean MSN PMHNP-BC
Ashly is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. Ashly's has vast experience including many years working in the Inova Health System in nursing and leadership roles.
Ashly specializes in medication management of children and adolescents and well as therapy. Ashly also uses play therapy techniques which she incorporates in young child counseling and psychotherapy. Ashly also treats adults with ADHD, PTSD, OCD, anxiety, depression, trauma-related conditions, and mood disorders.
